Booking Your Tour

Why should I book my tours and activities on your site?
We are Telluride locals that have carefully vetted the very best things to do in the area. When you book with us, you can confidently book with our tried and tested tours that we approve of. Conveniently book ALL your activities in one place, with one team with the same best prices you'd expect when booking directly with the tour company themselves.
The tour I want isn’t showing availability.
We work to display real-time availability on our site, but sometimes something might be available even if it shows no availability on our site. If the tour you are interested in is not showing availability on our website, please contact us to speak with an agent as we may still be able to accommodate you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation that offers 100% refund on all of our tours if cancelled withing the free cancellation window. Many tours offer free cancellation up until 24 hours before the tour start time. However, different tours and activities each have their own cancellation policy with some requiring up to 7 days notice to cancel and receive your refund. You'll find the cancellation policy clearly stated in the "Know Before You Book" section of each tour.
What is the best way to visit Mesa Verde?
Mesa Verde National Park is an incredible view into the dwellings and lives of first nations people that inhabited these regions. We highly recommend a guided tour to get the most of the experience, history and insights along the way.

What are your hours of operation?
We are in the office 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM . Feel free to call, chat or email.

We are Colorado locals, based in Telluride, Colorado. Woot!
What is the best way to contact you?

Preparing For Your Tour

I don't have a confirmation email.
Once you have booked your tour and we have received all of the necessary information from you, you will be emailed a confirmation with a voucher attached. The voucher is what you need to print and take with you, or have pulled up on your phone, as it contains your detailed meeting instructions. If you have not received a confirmation email, please make sure that we have received all of the necessary information from you and then contact us by phone or email.
What if my tour is canceled due to weather?
Most tours run rain, shine or snow so please come well-prepared! In the rare event a tour is canceled due to weather, you will be notified via phone or email. Our tour operators notify us within 24 hours of the tour being canceled, at which time we issue a refund. The refund can take 3-5 days to show up on your credit card statement.

Tour Details

Does my tour include food or drinks?
Many of our tours provide food, ranging from light snacks to feasts. These details are mentioned on the individual tour pages in the "What's Included" section. We can typically accommodate dietary restrictions, so make sure to let us know ahead of time. Check out our tours that focus on local food & drinks!
How long is the Via Ferrata Tour?
Telluride's Via Ferrata is approximately 5 miles long taking on average of 5 hours, giving you ample time to enjoy the climb, take in the view, and test your limits.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours go on in most weather conditions, but in case of severe weather that could affect safety, we'll reschedule or offer a refund.
What if the weather is bad for our Jeep tour?
We go out in all weather, rain or shine. If the weather looks rainy, bring a rain jacket. We will have fun no matter what the weather does. We also rent out extra gear in case you forgot your rain jacket at home and will have blankets along as well.
My child is just below the required weight/age restriction. Can they still attend?
Due to safety regulations, many of our tours are strict on the requirements. There are some exceptions, so please make sure to speak with an agent about the tour you are interested in.

Pricing FAQs

Should I tip my guide? How much?
If you enjoy your service it is definitely recommended to tip! Generally, tipping in the tour & activity space is similar to restaurants with a 15-20% tip being customary. Many guides greatly depend on tips for their livelihood so it is MUCH appreciated.
What is Book Now/Pay Later?
The Book Now, Pay Later option requires a 5% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. You will see this option during checkout. The remaining balance is automatically processed two days before the date of the first tour on your invoice. NOTE: The 5% is not refundable if you choose to pay using this method.
Can I pay in cash?
We require payment at the time of booking and do not accept cash. We accept all credit cards including American Express.
Do you offer discounts for booking multiple tours?
We strive to offer the lowest prices possible and don't have any additional discounts available. However, if you have a group of 20 or more you may reach out to us by email or phone to discuss a group discount.
