Telluride Advanced Snowmobile Tour Half Day
Description
Kick it up to full throttle and explore beyond the ordinary trails on this Advanced Half-Day Snowmobile Tour. After door-to-door pickup from your lodging, enjoy this 5-hour experience, including roughly 3 solid hours of on-snow riding through Beaver Park and Black Mesa. You’ll start on standard trails but quickly venture into expansive meadows and rolling hills known locally as “The Circus.” Open backcountry terrain, tree glades, and moderate climbs await.
Speed, mileage, and route options depend on your group’s comfort and interests. Your guide will set the pace based on everyone’s ability—plenty of room to rev it up or ease into the powder. Expect about 20–30 miles of riding. Along the way, you will take rest stops, giving everyone a chance to stretch, enjoy the views, and capture photos. All machines are modern Ski-Doo Grand Touring models equipped with heated grips and grip heaters for both driver and passenger.
All the safety gear is included: motorsport-rated helmets, heated-sled grip gear, snow suits, boots, and limited goggles. Whether you ride solo or tandem, you’ll feel safe and powerful on these modern Ski-Doo Grand Touring machines. Spots are limited —book today and venture deep into Telluride’s backcountry wilderness!
If booking a ride-along passenger between ages 6-17 the driver must be 21+. Otherwise, all drivers need to be 16+ with a valid driver's license. We require a minimum of two machines per departure time. Should you book solo and no additional bookings are made, we'll conveniently reschedule your tour.
Join us twice daily — in the morning or afternoon - and immerse yourself in the enchanting beauty of Telluride's stunning mountains.
